Looking for an opportunity in property management? We are hiring for Apartment Make Ready Maintenance Technicians in the Charleston area! Apartment experience is preferred but not required, you can be placed based on your skill set.

General Job Duties: Apartment Turns

• Trash out recently vacated apartments
• Change bulbs, locks
• Must be able to install appliances
• Repair general punch items
• Exterior interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair
• Lift 40-50 lbs
• Perform painting, pressure washing, blow breezeways and parking lots

Job Requirements: Available to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm.

• Hotel/construction/apartment experience preferred
• Have dependable transportation to and from work
• Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
• Own a set of basic hand tools (screwdriver, channel lock/pliers, wrenches, etc.) and power tools a plus
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and residents

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
