BGI Development is Hiring a Painter/Laborer Near Venice, FL
Looking for an experienced painter that is interested in painting vacant apartments on an as needed basis. Hourly rate and all paint provided. Contracted position on an as needed basis. Make an average of 500 a unit. Nice extra money for that person that loves painting and interested in making a long term arrangement with our community. `Must be able to provide insurance, with us as addtiional insured, and be paid as a contractor. Will require a w9 and you must possess your own workman's comp and liability. Upscale resort villa community and only 4 years old.
``Duties```
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
-- Repair and maintain painted surfaces as needed
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
```Qualifications```
- Experience in painting preferred
- - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean work area
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
