As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in equipment setup, material handling, and quality control. You will work closely with the production supervisor and team members to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the set-up and preparation of production equipment and machinery.
• Handle and transport raw materials, components, and finished products as needed.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitation and waste disposal.
• Support the production team in meeting daily production targets and deadlines.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
