Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing
- Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a dealership or stock environment
- Proficiency in retail math calculations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals successfully
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency is desirable
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail setting

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
