ROAM Management in Dania Beach, FL is looking for kitchen staff to join our team at Whiskey Creek Hideout! We are located right on the water and beach in Mizell-Johnson State Park. Our location is called "Hideout" for a reason, and we truly are a hidden treasure out here! We have lots of locals and value our customers like family, as well as one another as staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock food stations with all necessary supplies each day on opening shifts.
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, meats, and other food preparation.
• Cook and prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff and in an efficient, timely manner.
• Work well under pressure in a high volume restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
• Maintain inventory; report to F&B manager weekly needs.
• Dish washing throughout day and end of shift.
• Properly close and sanitize kitchen on closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Cooking experience or restaurant experience is a must.
