Pool Attendant

Job Summary: The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, and enjoyable pool environment for guests. This includes providing excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool area.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision:

• Monitor the pool area to ensure guest compliance with facility rules.
• Enforce pool rules, such as no running or diving in shallow areas.

Customer Service:

• Greet guests, answer questions, and assist with pool-related inquiries.
• Address guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Set-Up and Tear-Down:

• Arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities at the start of the day.
• Store and secure equipment and furniture at the end of the day.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or pool-related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift moderate weights (such as pool furniture).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and cleanliness.

Working Conditions:

• This position may require extended periods outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• The role may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Weekend and holiday work may be required, depending on the facility's schedule.
