Majority of time will be spent taking off jobs through an estimating software.

Other Duties:
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work
- Prepare cost estimates by analyzing labor, material, and equipment requirements
- Utilize construction estimating software to generate detailed proposals
- Identify potential cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting throughout the project lifecycle
