BFW Construction Project Managers www.bfwgroup.net is a fast-growing project management company (agency) in the Mid-Atlantic region. We have an immediate opening for a Compliance Officer. Duties include:

• Research and compile data from certified payroll on large capital project
• Extract equal opportunity employment data and Section 3 data from payroll, this includes MBE and WBE info
• Extract data for Section 3 local employees and local businesses working on job
• Utilize programs such as LCP Tracker to collect and report data to Clients and local municipal or state agencies when required to do so
• Able to attend and present at meetings and events while showing results of MBE/DBE and local business participation
• Able to manage data, programs, Excel and SmartSheets
• Smart, quick learner, and flexible. Able to work with multiple parties simultaneously
• Able to perform other duties as assigned.

Must have 2 years of experience in compliance or accounting.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
