Basic Function :
The district supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing, troubleshooting, and coordinating the day to day operations of the convenience stores for which he / she is responsible for.
Essential Functions :
Gather, verify and submit accurate daily store reports.Complete, review and submit payroll and personnel transaction records in an accurate and timely basis.
Monitor and analyze employee hours to determine cause for fluctuation.In conjunction with store manager; recruit, select, develop, supervise and evaluate store employees.
Review invoices received from vendors to ensure accurate quantities received and accurate billing.Monitor and maintain acceptable gross margins by marketing and merchandising.
Qualifications : 3 years store management experience
Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
