Receptionist/Filing Clerk - BFG Manufacturing has a current opening for an experienced Full-Time Receptionist/Filing Clerk.

• Must possess strong customer service skills and demonstrate proper telephone/receptionist skills
• Ability to sort, file and organize various paperwork for misc departments
• Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Archive records, mark storage boxes, record keeping of documents
• Competency of using multi-function copier, postage and fax machine
• Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various administrative tasks, including email
• Ability to learn in house computer software
• Detailed Orientated
• Confidentiality
• Collaborate with internal teams and work well independently
• Ability to work with employee’s in and outside of our organization
