General laborer will assist with renovations, remodeling, and repairs across multiple single-family and multi-family properties located within 40 miles of Pottstown. This position is full-time.

$45,000 - $65,000 yearly

• Perform light plumbing such as plumbing sinks and connecting vanities
• Perform light electricals such as installing new ceiling lights and fans
• Support/assist in apartment turnovers at various properties when needed
• Perform general remodeling of residential single-family apartments
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to include but not limited to small electric, small plumbing, drywall repair, and painting
• Keep the job site clean and organized
• Properly handle materials and tools
• Complete tasks safely
• Communicate issues efficiently and be able to adapt accordingly
• Other duties as assigned

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel up to 40 miles from Pottstown, PA
• Valid driver’s license with good driving background
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
