B&F Fastener Supply is looking for a passionate sales professional to join the team based out of our St. Cloud branch. We have been partnering with local companies for the past 36 years helping solve some of the most challenging supply chain issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify potential prospects in the assigned geographic area through networking, local manufacturing guides, and various other internet resources.
• Pursue appointments with viable prospects within assigned territory and existing client base.
• Engage with prospects to identify opportunities to support and partner with them through the various departments. B&F Fastener Supply, B&F Custom Machine, B&F Custom Packaging.
• Obtain samples and/or prints for use during the quoting process.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments during the RFQ process, including branch or corporate management, and inside sales.
• Fill and maintain a full sales pipeline of prospect and existing business growth opportunities with consistent movement of each opportunity through the B&F sales process.
• Follow company credit approval process to validate terms proposed to prospect.
• Submit expense records/documents in a timely manner according to company policy.
• Maintain and update internal CRM daily and track all qualified sales opportunities through the sales process.
• Play an integral role in the implementation of a new customers’ BFirst® Inventory Replenishment Program.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

• Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or Industrial Distribution preferred, but open to all majors; minimum of 2-3 years B2B Sales experience with related products preferred but not required.
• Operating Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees. Refined related sales and presentation skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, blueprint or schedule form.
• Must occasionally lift, carry or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able and willing to work in territory 4-5 days a week and keep up with required follow up record keeping expectations.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
