The Role:

As the Senior Financial Analyst, GTM and G&A, you will play a crucial role in forming the bridge between your business partners and our corporate finance team, providing insights to stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven decisions. Sitting within the FP&A team, this individual will partner directly with the Sales, Marketing, and G&A leadership teams to plan, prioritize, and support the company’s GTM and G&A initiatives with a focus on operating expenses. Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, as well as the ability to deal with the ambiguity that comes with a fast-growing organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and G&A leadership teams with a focus on operating expense and personnel
• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, annual planning, and corporate reporting requirements for GTM and G&A operating expense
• Compare results of financial data against plans, forecasts, and budgets to identify trends and anomalies in data
• Identify, recommend, and drive operating expense cost efficiencies across the company
• Develop and/or enhance key metrics and reports that bring insightful and actionable insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams on operational efficiency and profitability initiatives and projects
• Support annual and long-range planning and budget cycles
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modeling as needed
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the candidate's profile/skillset and experience level

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years in varying FP&A roles, 5 years preferred
• Effectively multi-task while managing deadlines and competing priorities
• Previous FP&A experience required, with experience in a B2B SaaS and/or subscription business model preferred
• Prior GTM Finance experience preferred
• Prior experience with Financial Reporting systems; Netsuite and Adaptive strongly preferred
• Prior business partnering experience, or demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively translate for non-finance audiences of varying levels
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Excellent modeling skills; highly proficient in Excel
• High performance standards with high ethical values and passion for excellence
• Proven ability to operate and succeed within a fast-paced environment
