Beyondsoft is seeking a Sr. Project Manager – CDD. Candidates should have minimum five years’ experience leading cross-functional teams and working across multiple organizations and geographies. Strong communication and people skills are a must. Responsible for development, coordination, completion, and implementation of HP printer support documentation.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

• Manage development of LaserJet/Pagewide/A3 new product introduction & current product technical documentation and on-going lifecycle support.
• Planning: Schedule, deliverables, program management team (PMT) coordination and participation.
• Prepare, submit Request for Estimates to suppliers for upcoming new projects. Review and analyze responses for accuracy of required deliverables and quoted budget.
• Manage various vendors to deliver and maintain high quality documentation and web content.
• Coordinate the work of internal technical writers, illustrators, and other content contributors.
• Coordinate reviews with subject matter experts and other key contributors.
• Coordinate and manage content localization for assigned projects.
• Responsible for all program documentation and compliance: validate publishing, program readiness, assure deliverables are on time and on budget.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification and/or Lean Sigma certification desired.
• Demonstrated process development and process improvement skills desired.
• Experience working in virtual environment.
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with content tailored appropriately for audience level.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a diverse environment.
• Knowledge of Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) HTML content development is desired.
• Very proficient in all MS Office apps, especially Excel.
• Must be very comfortable in high-energy fast paced work environment.
• Knowledge of LaserJet products and the product development lifecycle is a highly desirable.

• A competitive pay range up to $37/hr (depending on experience).
