Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an independent, fully hands-on Network engineer for a Hybrid role in Redmond WA with one of our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Make network configuration changes on adhoc basis, test and release it for the Customer.
• Setup Palo Alto Firewall (Virtual edition) from scratch in On-Prem mode
• Migrate entire setup from On-Prem to Azure
• Automation using Power Shell or Python 50% Utilization for helping Engg team on Azure Build.
• 50% utilization for - Keep the lights ON for existing Network Setup (Cisco Embedded Series ES3300 Palo Alto Firewall)
• Work with Product R&D Team on a Network Solution. It is not a production setup but a R&D Lab where Embedded Cisco Switch/Router and Virtual Palo Alto Firewall are being deployed on the HoloLens Device.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 7 years of experience with Cisco
• Must have at least 4 years of experience with Palo alto.
• Must have at least 4 years of automation experience.
• Must have experience with Linux system configuration and image generation.
• Must have experience with Windows system configuration and image generation.
• Must have Packer experience.
• Must have experience with C# programming.

• A competitive pay range of $ $34/hr to $36/hr (depending on experience).
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
