Landscape Installation Team Member Starting at $20/hr

We are a growing company, currently seeking hard-working, dependable team members to join our team. Landscape Team members are critical members of our team, ensuring our customers’ vision for beautiful landscape designs come to life.

Experience:

• the ability and knowledge to operate equipment, trucks and trailers and train others how to use them properly and safely
• ability to make changes on the fly for peak efficiency
• communicating plans and production goals with crew members and clients
• ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
• tracking and recording all expenses and crew hours worked
• preparing job sites and seeing them through to completion
• maintaining a clean worksite
• completing paperwork and information pertaining to job
• interacting with clients to ensure job satisfaction

Applicants must:

• have at least 2 years of experience in landscape installation and enhancements
• be able to lift 50 pounds
• be able to operate standard landscaping machinery
• bilingual is a plus
• pass a background check and drug screen
• maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
• be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
