Position : Cook / Prep Cook

Responsibilities :

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and following recipes.
• Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes or as directed by the chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

• Basic cooking skills and a willingness to learn and improve.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including longer shifts (8-10 hours).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle demands in a professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Common sense and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
