Main Responsibilities:
Call Center Customer Service
- Receives weekly admissions slots from Clinical Directors and works with COO to optimize assessment schedule
- Provides compassionate and professional care to families and professionals seeking mental health treatment for clients or loved ones
- Converts 60% of calls
- Documents all incoming calls into Leading Reach; sending appropriate follow-up paperwork as needed
- Clarifies with clinical team any non-appropriate admissions
- Follows admissions script and training regarding open ended questions and encouraging “assessment first” care
- Maximizes assessment slots by quickly filling cancellations and creating an organized schedule
Responding to digital inquiries
- Returns all web, leading reach and “info” inquiries within the hour
- Enters all digital inquiries into Leading Reach
Provides excellent customer service
- Provides excellent customer service, and is informed of all Beyond programs in order to educate callers on possible clinical options
- Refers out to community partners when necessary
- Serves internal coworkers as part of the administrative team when time allows
- Enters insurance information to allow for appropriate financial estimates to be run prior to intake appointment
- Requests records from inpatient or other providers when appropriate
- Uploads intake paperwork into the clinical record when filled out prior to assessment appointment
- Utilizes down time to assist with compliance tasks, administrative tasks, or other duties as assigned by supervisor
Location: hybrid-remote (can be fully remote for the right candidate) in Perrysburg, OH
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Day Shift 8:30AM-5:00PM.

Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Outstanding customer service, ability to be an empathetic listener, and type at least 50wpm.
