Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Wine Consultant to join our team. As a Wine Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting the perfect wines for their needs. Your expertise in wine and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Offer recommendations and guidance on wine selection based on customer preferences and occasion
- Educate customers on different wine varieties, regions, and production methods
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and rotating stock
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new wine releases
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and production methods is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.88 - $21.54 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
