Duties of Infection Preventionist Assistant:
- must be organized/ have good communication skills/ have good work ethic (reliable and accountable)
- assist IP in Covid Testing of staff and residents when required
- assist IP in gathering data and report daily and weekly to the National Health Security Network as required by CDC
- will assist IP in gathering information from residents and staff and updating information in PCC and employee files
- will assist IP in gathering and entering data into the Tennis Portal
- will assist IP in Infection Control Audits (must be able to complete competency test prior to auditing)
- will assist IP in updating Cluster.RN whenever needed and report weekly as required by The Tennessee Department of Health
