Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Technician to join our team. As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. Your strong communication skills and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Conduct data entry and accurately document customer interactions and solutions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Multilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly desirable to communicate with a diverse customer base

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
