The Assessor completes Coordinated Entry assessments for individuals and families who present at Coordinated Entry points or call the Coordinated Entry phone, with a goal of identifying and providing support to individuals who experience homelessness.
Additional work may be assigned at the discretion of the Coordinator, to support services to individuals or the network that advance the mission of WTHN.
