As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment. This position offers a consistently excellent work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule from 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Visually inspecting and testing machinery.
• Diagnosing malfunctions by listening for unusual sounds.
• Dismantling and repairing defective equipment, and installing new parts.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, and assist with moving machinery and parts using industrial equipment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery, conveyors, motors, and production equipment.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and industrial automation systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Competency in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and report maintenance issues.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Commitment to workplace safety protocols and adherence to regulatory standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds, and work in confined spaces.
• Capability to stand, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
