Better Trucks is a leading last-mile parcel delivery company serving customers nationwide. We're expanding our residential delivery team in Saint Louis and are on the lookout for dedicated drivers. We are one of America's fastest growing start-up parcel delivery companies.

Earn on average $75 to $150 per route.

• Make the most of your time: Most routes are scheduled to last between 4 and 6 hours. Finishing early means keeping the extra cash.
• Drive and roll your windows down: Delivering packages with Better Trucks means you have the potential to be yourself. As you hit the road, there are no passengers. Listen to music, your favorite audiobook, or even your favorite podcast.
• Same day payment approval for route completions: Routes must be completed the same day. All failed deliveries are to be brought back to the hub at the end of your route and on the same day. No fails? You just head on home.
• Enjoy delivering using your own vehicle: Use your own vehicle to deliver packages for Better Trucks as a way of earning extra cash to move you closer to your goals or to simply earn extra cash for the holiday season.

How the Better Trucks SHIFT Driver Program works:

• Make deliveries.
• Get paid.

Requirements:

• Be 21 or older.

• Have a valid driver's license and social security number.

• Have a reliable vehicle: Most vehicles are accepted. We recommend a 4-door sedan or larger. No box trucks or larger.

• Have a clean vehicle, with enough space to hold packages.

*Packages range from small to medium in size.

• Have valid car/vehicle insurance or commercial vehicle insurance.

*Liability Insurance is not accepted.

• Reside 40 miles or closer to Northwest Township, MO.

• Have an iPhone or Android smartphone.

• Must undergo a background check.

Metro and Hub Information:

• Metro/City: St. Louis, MO
• Route pick-up and hub location: Missouri Bottom Road, Northwest Township, MO 63042 (full address given at a later time)
• Delivery days: Tuesday - Saturday.
