Better Together Worcester Family Support Center is Hiring an Early Childhood Educator Near Berlin, MD

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine interest in nurturing young minds. This is a part time position with morning hours from 830am-1230pm Monday -Thursday.

Duties:

  • Nurture and care for infant, toddlers, and preschoolers in Child Development Classrooms under the supervision of the Child Development Specialist
  • Implement lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment for children
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met
  • Incorporate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development as directed by the Child Development Specialist
  • Utilize various teaching methods to engage young learners

Requirements:

  • Previous experience and/or training in early childhood education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation
