Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Connections is Hiring a Managing Broker - Real Estate (FT) Near Forest, IL

We are looking for a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker to join our rapidly growing team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Connections. Our brokerage is part of the highly respected and recognized Better Homes and Gardens family of companies, with a long-standing reputation for excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. As the managing broker, you will have the opportunity to work with a brand that is synonymous with quality, innovation, and trust, and be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include growing the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors, training and overseeing the performance of new agents.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws.
Implementing policies and procedures to optimize office efficiency and effectiveness
Assisting with marketing the agency, collaborating with the leadership team on retention programs, and producing sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Job Qualifications:

Qualifications for this role include a current Managing Brokers license and Real Estate license in Illinois and/or Indiana,
3-5 years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing agent at a real estate company with a proven track record of sales success,
And excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
