Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty is seeking a Marketing Specialist to assist with company and agent marketing. They will support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives – including producing collateral pieces, digital platform content, company events, and community outreach efforts – and work to increase brand awareness and participation in line with the overall team strategy and goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, organizational, creative, graphic design, critical thinking, and communication skills (both written and verbal), particularly in the areas of event coordination and branding, and be passionate about helping our agents grow their business. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment balancing several projects at once, and have a strong sense of team and collaborative spirit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Marketing Director and administrative team in implementing promotional campaigns, assist with event management, and drive brand awareness
• Assist with company and community outreach event management
• Assist real estate agent agents with general marketing efforts including, but not limited to, marketing collateral creation, graphic design, and social media assistance.
• Assist with managing company social media accounts and digital marketing
• Coordinate production of creative pieces for agents and the company, including custom brochures, flyers, collateral, signage, ad artwork, and promotional items
• Serve as brand ambassador for the company, ensuring that all public-facing communications adhere to the company’s brand standards
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in marketing or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media management and content creation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Office 365
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and/or Canva preferred

Applicants must be able to lift and carry objects weighing 25 pounds unassisted, possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment, and have reliable transportation.

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Kahala office, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
