About The LPN School Case Positions: These positions are Monday through Friday opportunities to provide care for a school-aged patient. In this role, you would be responsible for reporting to the child's physical address, taking the bus to school with them, being with them during their school day, then going back to their physical address on the bus with them. 

Our LPN will arrive at client's home to accompany our client to and from school. There is no overtime. This is a 1099 opportunity. Please only apply if you have this availability. This case can be split but only preferably by full days.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans
- Assist with family planning services
- Monitor and care for child
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Proven experience working in a school setting
- Knowledge of family planning practices and procedures
- Ability to follow healthcare standards and protocols to ensure patient safety
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
