Job Title: Director of Weight Loss Center (2 Locations)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Director to oversee our weight loss centers in two locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, a deep understanding of weight loss strategies, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role requires leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to staff members, including mid-levels, and support staff to ensure the effective operation of both weight loss centers.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue targets, patient satisfaction goals, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of weight loss programs, including the integration of semaglutide as a treatment option, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Foster a culture of excellence in patient care, promoting empathy, respect, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess the performance of the weight loss centers and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies, attract new patients, and retain existing clientele.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, and community organizations, to enhance the visibility and reputation of our weight loss centers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on weight loss or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of weight loss strategies, treatments, and emerging trends, including familiarity with semaglutide and other pharmacological interventions.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport with patients, staff, and external partners.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, achieving targets, and managing budgets effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of weight loss and healthcare management.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
