*Job description* The Store Director is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service, store operations, leading and developing Team Leaders, Associate Team Leaders, and Team Members. Assumes total responsibility for the store. *DUTIES:* · *Operational skills*– knowledge of company procedures, company policy and analysis of financial data. · Builds a *positive *work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect and exceptional morale. Leads by example. · *Leader *in understanding, implementing and “living” the company Core Values. · *High standards *for store execution, cleanliness and maintenance. Ensure that retail standards are being met or exceeded at all times. · Ability to *communicate *well to and with Customers, Team Members, Corporate Support Members and Ownership Group. · *Creative and innovative *thinking on addressing problems and situations. Other duties not listed here may be assigned by leadership. *REQUIREMENTS:* · Three or more years of experience in a Store Leadership role or equivalent with a demonstrated record of success. · Demonstrated strong Operational Execution skills. · High energy, enthusiastic – really into living a healthy lifestyle. · Goal oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals. · Extremely organized and able to multi-task many priorities. · Possesses sound judgment; level headed and fair minded. · Strong decision making skills, critical thinking, and analysis. Excellent team building skills. · Thorough knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store. *Essential Job Functions:* Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat. Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds. Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation. Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Night shift Weekly day range: * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Application Question(s): * Do you have nutrition/supplement knowledge?
