*Job description* The Store Director is responsible for managing all aspects of customer service, store operations, leading and developing Team Leaders, Associate Team Leaders, and Team Members. Other duties not listed here may be assigned by leadership. *REQUIREMENTS:* · Three or more years of experience in a Store Leadership role or equivalent with a demonstrated record of success. · Demonstrated strong Operational Execution skills. · High energy, enthusiastic – really into living a healthy lifestyle. · Goal oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals. · Extremely organized and able to multi-task many priorities. · Possesses sound judgment; level headed and fair minded. · Strong decision making skills, critical thinking, and analysis. Excellent team building skills. · Thorough knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store. *Essential Job Functions:* Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat. Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds. Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
