Position Summary

The Inspection Technician has the most important responsibility of ensuring all systems are ready to pass inspections; this includes walking City / County officials through a recently installed and ready-to-go solar system, and fixing any issues that may arise during the inspections!

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with inspectors to ensure efficient installation
• Set up and tie off ladders for the city / county inspectors
• Help county / city inspectors with accessibility problems
• Coordinate and perform pre-inspection and on-site problem solving to ensure compliance with policy

Qualifications :

• Some electrical background
• Strong oral and written communication skills with multiple parties utilizing technology
• Strong analytical, creative, problem solving, and interpersonal / human relations skills
• Comfortable being and working on roofs
• Work well with others that are on your work team
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Comfort with using technology (computer, phone, email, etc.)

• MUST have some electrical background
