Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our organization's IT systems and users.
Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Respond to IT support requests and provide timely resolutions
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS
- Experience in software troubleshooting and installation
- Knowledge of computer networking principles
- Previous experience in IT support roles
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Meraki, SCCM, and Remedy is a plus
- Understanding of computer hardware components
