This role is an in office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is Exempt Salary starting at $120,000 - $150,000 plus UNCAPPED commissions (Review Benefits for Potential). This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for directing our sales teams to improve their performance and help them to achieve their goals through motivation, resourcefulness, data tracking, and revamped streamlined processes.
  • Developing strategic plans, preparing budgets, coordinating sales training programs, directing sales activities, and ensuring the growth of the company's sales.
  • Reevaluate ways to increase the company's revenue and sales
  • Developing and executing the sales strategy with follow through of all compliance policies and legal diction. 
  • Be a Liaison closely with the senior management team to ensure that sales goals are met and exceeded, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
  • Overseeing the company's sales growth by evaluating sales reports and capitalizing on particular products or services. This includes forecasting and reviewing past data to analyze market and sales trends.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to assess the sales team's KPIs and oversee the performance management of under performing staff members. 
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives through consistent sales rallies and enticing incentives.
  • Consistently connect with the executive team and educate self with updated legal policies and industry regulations to ensure compliance is up to date in all procedures of sales and transactions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and industry leaders to strengthen company reputations and public presence. 
  • Monitoring the sales activities of competitors and utilizing appropriate ideas to make industry advancements.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Train and develop sales staff to improve performance and productivity. 
  • Continuously revise and update sales scripts to strengthen sales floor tactics and communication skills.
  • Troubleshoot CRM and Phone System congestion and unexpected issues
  • Recycle and re-engage phone communications and CRM leads throughout the call center to ensure all marketing efforts are utilized to full potential.
  • Maintain Sales floor presentation and professionalism through consistent coaching and employee retention efforts. 
  • Maintain employee retention through supportive culture efforts and engaging environment ambiance.
  • Sustain and grow employee productivity through revising new hire orientation and training, continuous nesting and coaching, leadership development, and planned department coping best practices.
  • Ensure Team lead metrics are met individually and as a team

What we are looking for:

  • You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management
  • Debt Settlement Industry Experience Required
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing revenue
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong negotiating and sales skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
