Job Description:
· Makes outbound calls daily to leads, follow-up calls to potential customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell accreditation.
· Emphasizes features, quotes correct dues, and prepares accreditation applications
· Builds and maintains customer relationships.
· Generates sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, aged leads, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources for qualified businesses in our service area.
· Investigates and resolves customer problems with accreditation applications and/or products and services received.
