Job Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Nurse Practitioner for our Non-Surgical Physical Medicine / Functional & Regenerative Medicine Clinic.

Positional Requirements and Responsibilities:

- Participate in a team approach to care, devising treatment plans in a collaborative environment with other providers, including alternative therapies, where the patient is our priority

- Provide medical care including physical medicine, rehab and non-narcotic therapies

- Evaluations of common musculoskeletal conditions

- Experience in performing trigger point injections, non-surgical large and small joint injections (elbow, shoulder, knee) and PRP (professional certified injection training will be provided)

- Ordering both X-ray, and MRIs and interpreting reports or willing to be trained, and work with diagnostic ultrasound for guided injections

- Licensed to practice in AR. Present record of practice (i.e. insurance history or claims of malpractice) Present Medicare # (UPIN) Or willing to apply

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
