Better Air is seeking a new ambitious, hard working, reliable, honest and professional air duct cleaning technician. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who likes to help people and sell services. This is a strictly commission based position where your paycheck will always be a direct result of your efforts. At Better Air goals are set weekly, monthly, and yearly. Responsibilities:

Our technicians service both residential and commercial customers. Technicians work long hours and can sometimes travel between CT and MA state lines. The work can be difficult but hard work is always rewarded. No previous experience is required. Technicians will be trained for up to 2 months. People who work well with their hands and have basic home construction knowledge tend to do well in this position. Sales experience will also be an added benefit to the position. If applicant passes the training process they will be given a new truck and equipment and will be dispatched from home daily.

Applicants must:

• Be available to work Mon-Sat
• Have a valid driver's license
• Be comfortable working in confined spaces, heights of 10ft or more, and lift over 50 lbs.
• Have a clean cut professional appearance.
• Be able to explain and up sell various products.
• Have a strong commitment to quality work.
