About the role:
Betr is looking to hire a VIP Host. As a VIP Host, you will oversee and manage relationships with Betr's most engaged players. You will be responsible for carrying out communication and dedication to our VIP's on a daily basis, providing top tier support to foster long term loyalty and user retention. This position will be in a customer facing environment that requires a good understanding of VIP service and a genuine passion for the online gambling industry.
About You:

• Manage a portfolio of High Value Players by creating strong, trustworthy player relationships.
• On-board new VIP players into the VIP Program
• Create and execute unique, specialized rewards, experiences, and promotions to enhance VIP retention and loyalty.
• Compile player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify commercial opportunities.
• Execute against all VIP guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
• Identify potential VIPs both within our existing customer base and externally through outbound marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in customer service preferred, Online gaming experience preferred
• Passionate about providing top level service
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives from end-to-end
• Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours
• Excellent organizational skills, the ability to be flexible, & prioritize responsibilities
