Bethlehem 1st Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Member Service Representative/Teller Near Bethlehem, PA
Description
- Provide exceptional service to members of the Credit Union in a Teller position.
- Provide accurate account information and professionally handle members' needs.
- Provide a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
- Complete account openings and closings, assist in balancing member accounts and handle IRA transactions.
- Reconcile cash drawer.
- Comply with all compliance and security procedures; maintain confidentiality of member and Credit Union information.
- Cross-sell products by identifying members' needs.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel is preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience as a teller in a bank or credit union; or prior Member Service experience in a credit union.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
