Assists in the common goal of maintaining the well being of each resident by working as a primary caregiver. Meets the basic needs of assigned residents by supervising or assisting residents with ADLs.

Benefits :
- CNA scholarship program eligible; must be certified within 4 months of employment
- Shift differentials for evening, overnight and weekend shifts
- 30 hours per week is considered benefit eligible. Benefit program includes : Paid-time off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(K) with employer match, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and other voluntary benefits.
- Sign-On bonus of $100 per month for 12 months for full-time, and $50 per month for 12 months for part-time.

Eligible shift differentials : $1.00 weekend shift differential, $1.00 evening shift differential, $2.00 overnight shift differential
