Job Summary:
Plan, implement, and direct drug and alcohol prevention programming to youth and their families in the After School Program, Summer Programming, Outreach Drumming, and in area schools.
Essential Functions of the Position:
Plan and implement Drug & Alcohol Prevention activities using approved programming within the Trinity Center and outside venues including schools and summer programs.
Represent the agency while distributing Drug & Alcohol Prevention education materials at community events, staffing a booth and/or providing a presentation.
Attend online training for the Life Skills Training Curriculum and facilitate curriculum for different age youth during after school program.
Collect and compile data for monthly report and performance-based prevention report.
Order prevention materials from appropriate sources.
Assist Trinity Center Supervisor with daily youth activities, supervision and community events.
Attend county Drug and Alcohol committee meetings.
Collaborate with local universities for volunteer opportunities.
Support and participate in weekly Police Athletic League (PALS) with youth.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
