Human Resources Intern – Recruiter

Summary: The recruiter intern position will support recruitment efforts at Bethesda including assisting with job postings, researching new recruitment strategies and channels, sourcing and communicating with potential applicants on social media and job boards, and attending in-person recruitment events. Other HR duties will include assisting with scanning documents and supporting retention and engagement efforts. 

What makes this position different than most? Bethesda is a non-profit social ministry that carries out its mission daily: “Serving others together in faith, community and life.” This internship will allow learning opportunities to grow in HR and recruitment. 

Scheduled hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. 

Requirements: 

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Business or other related field
