We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work in a team with great communication skills, work ethic, and can handle multiple tasks. We require a minimum of 2 years of experience as front desk/receptionists at a dental office. We provide a healthy, fulfilling, fun atmosphere for you, and we expect you to contribute to that great atmosphere. We are also a very close knit group both inside and outside of the office. We also go out on regular outings just to unwind as a group and have fun. Spanish speaking preferred but NOT required.

Job description:

Front Desk Receptionist – Checking in/out patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining re-care appointments, managing front patient flow, answering phones, collecting co-payments, checking emails/patient questions, quality control checks. Working up treatment plans accurately, presenting treatments finance options, and scheduling patients for work that is needed and they agree to.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $27.00 per hour
