Bethesda Country Club is hiring an Assistant Dive Coach. This position will help manage our dive program for a seasonal period. Essential Functions:

• Supporting the recruitment of swimmers including encouraging potential swimmers as well as retaining existing swimmers
• Supporting weekday morning practices and afternoon practices
• Teaching and development of skills
• Safety of swimmers
• Liaison with other swim team coaches regarding participation and social activities

Requirements:

• CPR Certified
• 2 Years' experience in a coaching position
• Excellent communication skills
