Small Town Church in Dagsboro, Delaware Seeks Pastor:

Bethel Methodist Church of Dagsboro, a newly independent church is seeking a pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth as we move forward to a new chapter of our 100 years of serving the Lord in our community. We are looking for a Pastor who will lead and teach prayerfully and compassionately, who is rooted in the written Word of God, and will focus on meeting the spiritual needs of our congregation and community. Ideal candidate would be a Disciple of Christ who loves the Lord and possesses a proficiency in biblical theology, who can convey biblical truth to all ages. Someone who has a willingness to support church ministries and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both children and adults. In addition, knowledge of different models of children’s ministry as well as the desire to teach, disciple, and shepherd the members/youth of the church community.

2 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
