Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Case Management to join our team. As the Director of Case Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the case management department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our patients. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of case management principles.

Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in case management, discharge planning and/or utilization review in an acute care setting.
Minimum 3years of Director experience at an acute care facility
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Applicants with the following licensure may be considered: Oklahoma RN
Certification in Case Management or Utilization Review is preferred
Education: BSN preferred, Registered nurse is required
