Bethany Hospice and Palliative Care is Hiring a Hospice LPN (Pittsburgh area) Near Pittsburgh, PA

LPN position available serving hospice patients in the Pittsburgh area. Full time, daylight with full benefits at a reasonable cost, paid holidays, paid vacation, paid mileage and we pay for your time as you travel time between visits. Plus an amazing team that appreciates you. Starting at $25 per hour and Up depending on experience.

The opportunity

LPN's are part of a team of nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers that work together to provide for the needs of our patients and families. We serve patients in private residences, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. LPN licensed in the state.
  2. Minimum of one year of nursing experience, hospice experience preferred.
  3. Understanding of hospice philosophy and needs of the terminally ill. (We can help with this one)
  4. Satisfactory criminal background check.
  5. Presentation of negative TB skin test or other equivalent approved by the CDC.
  6. Valid driver’s license and an automobile that is insured is accordance with state law.
  7. Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
  8. Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
