Human Resources (HR) Associate Partner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate Partner to join our professional team. As a Human Resources Associate Partner, you will be responsible for the daily functions of the HR department, serving as a front-line contact for employees and managers of a 152-bed non-profit healthcare facility. These functions include but are not limited to recruiting and onboarding staff, benefits administration, employee relations, conflict resolution, leave management, performance management support, policy design and interpretation, employment law compliancy.

Qualifications:

The right candidate will possess:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong computer skills.
• Experience in an HR Generalist or business administration role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Strong employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration skills.
• Experience and interest in employee recruitment.
• Organizational skills with attention to details.
• Patience, compassion, flexibility.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
