Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers using provided lists or databases. Introduce products or services, engaging customers in meaningful conversations.
2. Sales and Lead Generation: Promote and sell products or services directly to customers. Strive to meet or exceed individual or team sales targets and quotas.
3. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and relationships with potential customers through active listening and tailored sales pitches. Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
4. Database Management: Accurately record customer information, responses, and sales outcomes in designated systems. Keep records organized and up-to-date.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Provide additional information and address concerns to convert leads into sales.
6. Adaptability: Identify and adapt to different customer personalities, needs, and communication styles. Tailor sales approaches to effectively connect with customers and increase sales success.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to telemarketing practices.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain resilience
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment
• Reliable and punctual
