We're hiring! We're looking for a part-time studio assistant to join our team! Primary responsibilities are assisting with basic jewelry assembly and production work, shop and studio cleaning, and customer service.

There is potential for growth in this position.

An ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

• Fabrication of jewelry
• Piercing and sawing
• Lost wax casting with oxy/acetylene torch
• Wax injections and spruing waxes
• Casting cleanup
• Finish work of jewelry and cast silver jewelry
• Patinas
• Customer service experience

If you have additional experience in these areas, please let us know:

• Flush and tube setting of faceted stones
• Jewelry sizing and repairs
• Torch enameling
• Die cutting
• Drawing down wire

This position requires:

• Very strong attention to detail
• Ability to focus on repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
• Positive, self-directing attitude
• One day per week of light cleaning in the shop and studio
• Working Saturdays
• Ability to go up and down a spiral staircase several times per day
• Enjoys cleaning
