This role will manage the new Pathway to Nursing Program at BILH. The Program Administrator will market the program, enroll employees in the program, collect information about the employee on intake, counsel employees along the nursing career path, reach out to each employee regularly and update records on employee progress. The role will regularly report out data on the program. The role will run events for program participants such as panels of nurses and networking events.Job Description:
